Really tired of waiting to hear anything back on our Jeep. Its a 2016 Jeep Cherokee. We dropped off January 19th 2024 and its now February 21rst and Mike has refused to call us back after a dozen phone calls from my boyfriend. I would like to know whats going on with our vehicle. If you cant fix it, just say so and give us a call. This is ridiculous. 10/10 do NOT recommend

We were charged $130 for a diagnostic fee and his diagnostic was wrong. Pretty shady place. We towed our vehicle to a dealership where competent people work. Dont go here. Just dont.

We did speak with Dave the day before it was picked up, and he was told over the phone that there would be no charge as he was having trouble coming up with the diagnosis fee. He did insist he was going to pay. We were happy to let him take it after it had sat there for a couple weeks, being that we felt it would be better suited for the dealer to handle the repairs. We are sorry you did not appreciate our honesty of feeling it was better suited for the dealer.
