Everything else but the front desk staff is good. Every time i call literally every time i have had different people answer the phone each time and they are absolutely rude every time the worst attitude and customer service

I have just left my appointment and I am very disappointed to say the least. Christy, who completed my pre-exam testing, was fabulous. She was very kind and thorough and obviously knowledgeable. The same cannot be said, however, for the doctor. My husband had an appointment a few days ago with a wonderful young lady doctor who was very thorough, and his visit was apples to oranges in comparison to what I received with the older gentleman doctor. He talked over me the entire visit, even when I was prompted to answer a question, and did a poor job of testing my eyes. He performed ONE series of questions per eye during the refractive eye test (ex. Which is clearer; 1 or 2?) before concluding that my prescription did not change. It has been 3 years since my last visit, and historically when I have gone on a yearly basis, I have never had an experience in which my prescription did not change, and these tests were much more thorough. Furthermore, he was not very informative or compassionate regarding the possibility of me having glaucoma based on my increased ocular pressure, and said Your chances of getting it are the same as your chances of getting in the ocean and getting bit by a shark. It doesnt happen a lot but it could happen. Upon explaining my displeasure in the visit to the manager, who happened to be the person helping me after the exam, she was quick to apologize and set me up with a new visit; however it should not have come to this conclusion to begin with. I get the feeling based upon her reaction when I was questioning if others have had similar issues with this doctor that this is not the first time she has heard this, though she declined to answer.
