I am one of the only black people in this place. I do not advise anybody to work here. This may cost me my job but I feel disrespected and my every move is being watched and I am a janitor. I feel the owner is picking on me to get me to quit or say something out of line so he can fire me. There was a situation where he projected his feelings towards me instead of the person it was for and talked to me like I was one of his children. I did not and don't appreciate that. He finds reasons just to have something to say. I do my job very well and I don't like the way I'm being treated. I am very angry...
