Central Plains Repair

Very poor experience. Unsatisfactory job installing my new system. The install took 3 days after a promise of 1 day. The installers would arrive late then leave early for other business. When the system developed a leak 3 months later my calls and messages were never answered. Ended up reporting the company to the Texas board. The advertised "Licensed Contractor" was using a fraudulent license. License advertised belongs to another company called Northstar. Northstar is rated F by better business bureau citing numerous complaints. Should have looked the license up prior to contracting. Company recently moved to a new address and changed phone number.

Office clerk ready to snap at any time. Technicians cannot get it right. Unfortunately I'm compelled to utilize them under home warranty contract.

Called warranty company yesterday, received a call back yesterday evening that a repair man would be here between 11-3. Nice young man showed up can't say enough about how great he was. Fixed our AC and he was on his way. Thank You for great service all the way around.

Old Republic Home Warranty assigned them to check my A/C. Got a call on monday asking if I would be available on Tues, I said no and I will call you tomorrow with my availability this week. I called them on Tues, asked if they could come on Wed or Thurs. I picked Thursday and they advised they would call on Wed to confirm and provide me a window. I never got a call so I called on Wed afternoon and left a message and again Thursday morning. I had ORHP to reassign.

If there was a -1 stars i'd give them that rating. These people do nothing but lie and are VERY rude and unprofessional. They showed up to check out the A/C then left and said they would be back with the part and took our blower motor for some reason unknown. After telling us numerous lies and telling us 4 times they would be right there THEY NEVER SHOWED BACK UP. They kept our blower motor from our ac unit and it was like pulling teeth to get it brought back 2 days later. If your repair company ever tells you they are sending these guys to fix your a/c please do yourself a favor and ask for another company. You will regret letting these people into your home.
