Recently purchased a 2012 G37 Coupe, and had a great experience working with Kevin and Sam. Got a great price on the car, and a fair price on my trade-in. The car had a few minor issues with interior plastic trim, and they were able to repair those as well. Overall, buying my car here was as stress free as buying a car can be, and they even give quotes on-line, which is usually unheard of. Don't let the appearance of the building fool you, it's well worth your time to check this place out!

Best selection of low mile imports that were nicely equipped. I purchased a Lexus Hybrid lease return in excellent shape with low miles. I was also interested in several other cars. (Honda, Nissan, and a Toyota). What a great inventory! All those vehicles were on their lot. No need to wait to see what trades come in or to jump through the dealership hoops. No pressure sales. I financed my car. The paperwork was quick and the approval process had me approved in minutes. Currently looking for another replacement vehicle for my daughter and I keep checking the website to see what else comes up. Kevin is an excellent salesman!

Admittedly, I was a little skeptical to head out to Garland to a dealer I had never heard of to see what appeared to be the exact car I wanted with very low mileage showing no wear and tear, which I found through auto trader, when there's a Sewell or another big box dealer on every corner in the city. I even went to Sewell first based on brand name to see another self described "ONE OWNER LOW MILEAGE" vehicle...but what Sewell did not inform ahead of time was that the single owner was a rental dealership, the vehicle had obvious signs of wear and tear (dents, etc.) that were not mentioned in this "EXCELLENT CONDITION" vehicle AND that the sunroof mentioned in the ad was a mistake. The slick young guy tried to convince me not to worry as they would certify it for an extra $1200. Also, they offered me a hideous trade in value several thousand dollars below the KBB price that was enough to make me walk away on its own. Typical experience...nothing to see here. Anyway, luckily my better instincts kicked in and I decided to sleep on it, despite the salesman's warning that it was a hot commodity and wouldn't last. So, I decided to message Certified Carland online regarding the first vehicle that caught my eye. This one for sure was in great condition, had a sunroof and every other must have (as I mentioned, Certified Carland had about 40 actual vehicle photos...Sewell had like 2 or 3 and then a bunch of generic photos that were not of the actual car), had half the miles, and went for about the same price. Their Internet Manager, Kevin, emailed me back, and didn't push for a phone number that I didn't really want to provide immediately to avoid pushy sales calls. I went back and forth with him regarding certain aspects of the vehicle, and he even gave me a fair value estimate range of my trade in via email. I finally ended up calling him and he was a very nice guy...not pushy at all. He even told me that he would be there the next two days, but not Wednesday, but if I wanted to come then that there would be someone else on staff to help me out...what? I've never experienced that at a dealership! Anyway, I went out there, test drove the car, which was beautiful and just as described, got a very competitive offer for my trade in, and bought the car right there. The GM, Sam, helped with the financing and was also a really nice guy. In fact, everyone I saw there was extremely helpful and polite. Sam, the GM, actually even had a guy from his service department remove my subwoofer and amp for me even though I brought the tools to do it myself. The entire process took not much more than an hour and I was off. Bottom line, I went into all of this detail because this place is the real deal. I have always completely dreaded haggling with auto salesmen at other places and the entire process in general, which typically took up an entire Saturday. This was hassle and pressure free, and at a great value. You don't get the wood grain office and the suits; you get a low overhead, efficient, casual operation. Also, I was surprised by the size and quality of their inventory! Very nice cars reaching into the $60,000's, and all were clean and in good condition. This was a great overall experience and I'm not sure I will go anywhere else. I highly recommend you at least give them a try. Oh, and they also detailed my car and filled it up with gas while I was filling out the paperwork...overall, A+ experience. Thanks again Kevin!
