      Thank you Laura for taking the time to share with us your feedback. Customer service & satisfaction is of the utmost importance to our business. Our records indicate that the customer on record was given an estimates ahead of work being done, and gave approval to proceed with the repair. Both rings were sized up one size and 4 tips done on each ring to secure stones. The repairs were picked up April 13. We have been in business over 44 years, Joyce’s is built on our valued customers. Because you are unhappy with the work, please bring the rings back in and let us see what we can do to resolve. Thank you, Joyce’s
