The worst rental agency I've ever dealt with, been in the rental for 3 months, shower door is broken, fence is falling down, floors are loose and coming up, breezeway wall is loose and coming apart, and the decided to enter the house without proper notice and when no one was home to look at the shower door after three months and two contractors have already done so. Needless to say nothing still has been fixed.
