Do not schedule with this company! Furniture moved and waited for technician, never arrived. Had 8-11 appointment (presumed first appointment for the day). Receptionist continued to say tech would call immediately, never did. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL Company.

I made an appointment with them. They quoted me a price ( cash only) so they don't have to pay taxes I guess. I took three hours off to be here for the appointment (60.00 loss). I called them 15 minutes before the end of the window they set. They said they would call me back. Thirty minutes later I called them back. They gave me another 2 hour window I said I was not going to take another 2 hours off and hope they would show up. I think their ratings are fake on the internet....

I reached out via text to inquire about having two area rugs cleaned, and this business has an overall 5 star rating. I'm always going to support a local business when possible, so I reached out via text to the phone number listed on the website.
We live just outside of League City, so I asked if they would clean them at the house or if we'd need to bring them in. I was asked for name/address/rug size and provided the requested information. In response, I was told "Yeah. That's not in our area. Move on please."
The website does not specify whether they service homes in and around the League City area or if they stay within the city limits. Also, given that the web page actually mentions rug drop-off events, I logically assumed that if we were somehow outside of the service area [we aren't far, but I don't know what their capabilities are for travel] I would be advised to bring the rugs to the location [absolutely willing] OR that it would be explained to me how the process works. Not impressed with the customer service and lowkey disappointed. I am giving them 3 stars because clearly they offer a decent product and perhaps are polite to their League City patrons, but they won't hear from me anymore.
