I had set up a repair through Dr. Sofa and Leather Pro is affiliated with this company. Or, as it turns out, was affiliated with the company, until the day it was time to pick up my sofa for repair. It turn out that Chuck terminated his agreement with Dr. Sofa, but failed to communicate this correctly. As a result, I was left waiting for the pick up, only to find out that it won't happen. A couple of phone call later I found out from Chuck, who answered the phone as if he wasn't in the mood for anything, that he will no longer work with Dr. Sofa. Thanks for letting me know about this hours after my sofa was supposed to picked up.
In the end, Dr. Sofa made up for their shortcomings, Chuck on the other hand did not.
