I brought my dog Finn here for the first time a few days ago and I am so happy to have found this vet center. We saw vt Emily and Dr. Palm, and they both showed so much care and attentiveness to Finn throughout the appointment. They listened to my concerns about Finns nervousness with strangers and took the time to help him feel comfortable, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Aside from the great staff, the space was clean, the appointment was timely, and we received Finns appointment notes by email the next day. Overall very happy and would easily recommend!

I love everyone at Muddy Branch Vet!! The staff is so friendly and so helpful and they always put my mind at ease when I'm worried about something going on with my cat Shadow. They are always super complimentary of him and his behavior while we're there and just make me feel at ease all the time. I wouldn't trust my fur baby's health to anyone else Highly recommend

Muddy branch has been really helpful to the care of my dog. They are quick to schedule and provide good quality care for my dog and take time to explain risk and assessment as well as to answer my questions thoughtfully and thoroughly. When my dog has returned after procedures he has been in good shape and well acclimated after anesthesia etc.

I am completely dissatisfied With the way they treated my pet and I. My dog has had a history of UTI and there is a specific antibiotic that works for her. my usual vet was not available, so I brought her to this vet for the first time. Unfortunately, this was a terrible and costly experience for us. We even provided the necessary office notes from a previous vet showing the specific antibiotic that works. However, vet prescribes another antibiotic that doesnt work and then refuses to prescribe the only antibiotic that has worked for her. Not only did the medication not work for my dog, but the vet then assumed we can pay hundreds of dollars MORE in testing (after already spending hundreds of dollars). I had later called complaining about how dissatisfied I was with the vet and at this point I just want to get the antibiotic that typically works for my dog. I asked to speak to a manager but I never called a call back! Its been a week now. So unprofessional ! I understand that having a pet can be costly, but a compassionate vet should at least be mindful that not everyone can spend large amounts of money to treat their pet. The vet really was expecting for us to pay nearly $1000 to treat a UTI while also disregarding her past history of the effective treatment that was given by my previous vet . I work in medicine, and this is not the way to treat patients or their loved ones! Shameful !
