Home buyers should stay away from Andy Pagano at this office. After serious problems were uncovered at our home inspection and clearly detailed in the inspector's report (multiple windows with wood rot, duct tape used to patch one window and most others not even opening), we decided to withdraw our offer despite spending $800+ on inspection and radon test. Instead of supporting us as our agent and moving on to find us a better home, Andy Pagano did his best to try and close the sale for the seller and lock in his commission. When we stood by our decision, he ranted at my wife on the phone about her lacking commitment to buy the house, among a number of other unwarranted insults! Why bother having a home inspection contingency at all then? This is the only opportunity to exit gracefully within a few days of making an offer if we discover unexpected issues that are beyond our budget to fix.
