Tamara consistently goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Her excellent communication skills and empathetic nature are incredible. She handles difficult situations with grace and professionalism. Last week was tough but thanks to Tamara, all is well now.

This agency is everything myself and family could ask for. RAH has really relieved the stress of taking care of a loved one, with amazing care givers, and the office staff. RAH always are available and have a true passion about every client they take on.

If you value your family member or yourself do not use this company. They do not show up for shifts that they are assigned and do not call/ text/ or email. The care givers are often late and do not watch their patients. No one wants to get a frantic call that their loved one has fallen out of bed and the caregiver, and your elderly parent can't pick them up and you need to come right away. I received too many calls like this. What makes matters worse is that the care giver didnt report it to their agency. I received a disturbing call that my parent was bleeding, and that the caregiver picked up the feeding tube and placed it on the bed and left their shift and didnt say a word. All of this could have been avoided with proper communication, proper care, and respect for the patient, which this company doesnt have. I wonder if I should post pictures of the multiple caregivers sleeping on the job. One of the owners likes to throw around they are a disabled Vet they dedicate their life to this work. If this is the case, then they would take of their veterans like my parent. The owners are very disrespectful to family members who just want consistency with service. The front desk plays the families again the works. All of the workers we had complained about not receiving full time, benefits, night shift differential, and they take outside jobs since the company will not give them hours. I would run far away from this company if you are referred.This is the worst company!
