Excellent service! Scotty was our technician, very knowledgeable and friendly. They cleaned both my dryer vent and my fireplace in less than an hour. I had no clean up from soot. I am extremely happy with the service.

The two guys who came to my house yesterday were amazing!! They pulled gobs of lint from our two-year old GE dryer. They had all tools they needed and ran us a better route for the hose. Im so happy I found them. They recommend once a year and I agreed. They offered a reminder so how could I ask for more? They loved my three dogs so they are kind and animal friendly. Called them for a dryer vent and chimney cleaning. They arrived more then an hour early with no heads up. I was at work and my sick wife had to get out bed to let them in. They proceeded to be rude to her. They used our gate, instead of walking through the house as instructed, to access the exterior vent. We have dogs and they nearly got of the yard before we noticed that they used the gate and left it wide open. Very disappointing and frustrating. Services: Chimney cleaning, Dryer vent cleaning
