      image A nurse waited over 10 days to respond to a question & did not have an answer. She stated that she would call with an answer the same business day, then left for the day. My husband called immediately after I hung up & was told this. I still have no answer the following day. Apparently she has no problem making patients wait over 45 minutes for blood draws, only to take inadequate amounts to facilitate the required tests. Yes, the same nurse. Great doctors, great front desk staff, poor nursing staff. The job of a nurse is far too important for patient care to come up so short.

      image Absolutely love this place. The front desk lady (forgot her name) was very patient with me as a new client. Taylor was also kind and funny, easing my anxiety. Dr. Hardeman was fantastic, listened, and gave me great without being condescending! I recommend them to anyone who wants a doctor and practice that makes you feel comfortable, from the very first visit and onward!

      image Rana Davis NP is AMAZING! And ALL THE STAFF !! Everyone cares not just trying to get your copay and herd you out like cattle. On a serious note, I dont feel like I have to rush. Everything I need to explain about my health they let and listen . Highly recommend
