    The dining area that we had was small for 175 people, likely because we had space for a dance floor. Otherwise, I loved it.

    This guy will not follow through on what you're supposed to get. He doesn't keep track of what he's supposed to do and he will not provide services or items that you were supposed to receive. He'll tell you what he can't provide while your event is happening by confronting you drunkenly in front of everyone. Did not provide the contracted uplighting, photo booth or champagne toast. Staff was not refilling water. No one served the wedding cake. We had to decorate the tables ourselves. And although we thought the food was going to be good, it ended up being very disappointing. The owner and staff drink on the job and appeared drunk on multiple occasions. So disappointed in their work. He doesn't even know what his contract includes and was just yelling and screaming at guests and the bride and groom. He tried to tell us to get out early and threatened to call the police. What a shameful way to run your business! I would avoid working with him at all costs. This guy took over in the last two years so any older reviews are not of his work. Too many of us experienced this for you to deny what happened. You know what you did. Sleeping in the photo booth. Giving me pennies on the dollar back for things I paid for but didn't receive. Untrained staff. False accusations. Breaking the contract that you clearly didn't even have detailed knowledge of. You didn't even have a receipt book when taking a cash payment. Super shady. No legit businessperson does that. I had to force you to sign a receipt that I wrote for the transaction. That place needs new ownership.

    There are two sides to every story. Myself and my staff do not drink during events! I did confront the client in a calm fashion after one of his children graffiti my bathroom wall, the client violated the alcohol policy on numerous occasions, client also kicked a hole in my wall, and the bride complained that the trees outside didn’t change color the way she wanted. Despite what he might say or think, 98% of my clients are satisfied with services and food I provide. Also I do not scream at guests, I only raised my voice when 13 of the clients friends came into an employee only area and were threatening me, so I did threaten to call the police, which at that point I had every right too. He was given two hours of a free bar that we negotiated if he paid in cash. He tried to balk on the cash payment when he paid in full until I brought up the fact that, that was the deal we made. By the way I’m such an easy person to work with he couldn’t even come to establishment to give final payment, he had me meet him in a parking lot somewhere. Any other complaints he has were never brought to anyone of my staff’s or my attention which would have been rectified at that point. No matter what I would have done, would have not pleased these clients. These clients are vindictive and too prove that point this happened over a year ago and he is still trying to ruin this business!
