very unprofessional. been known to use child labor for cutting cost. if you a order a modular home they Will not properly install it. if you live in one off their rentals you'll deal with them harassing you even when your rent is paid in advance. then they proceed to cob-job the issue and try to charge you for their mistakes. I'm aware of several people's homes catching fire due to their "professional handy man"that don't have proper tools to do electric work. honestly who leaves 220v showing bare wire after a repair?
