This is a high end, build to order, custom road bike shop. Road bikes is their focus as well as high end gravel bikes. Their knowledge and service is second to none. Building high end bikes is their sole focus, not fluff. They are artists and take their work seriously. They will take great care of you and treat you as family. As with most artists, they care about their work and their clients. Don’t get offended if they don’t trip over themselves to be the happy, please all salesperson.

I recently bought a Pinarello bike here about a week ago, Ive read some of the reviews and contrary to what other people say - Customer service was great. Eric was very patient and most of all gave me a great price for the bike.

Eric is an absolute tool. Don’t waste your time here, they’ve gone absolutely downhill since Banning left.

Heard of the shop, but never checked it out. My kind of place with very similar thoughts and philosophy of bike fit, equipment and riding. I'll be checking it out more in the near future.

That bike shop is horrible when it comes to customer service, you will feel intimidated that this bike shop is only for those who have money to pay for highend roadbiked so don’t waste my time.
