After purchasing our first (existing rather than new) home, we had concerns which turned out to be related to old water damage and settling. Being new owners, we wanted to make sure that there wasn't any more significant reason for concern before investing in windows since gaps have formed in some places between the brick veneer and the window frames. Weve worked with Russ on two projects now. We have free stone walls surrounding portions of our home. The stone is natural and is not uniform making repairs and changes to the wall more difficult. Weve had Russ do both - change a portion of the wall and repair another portion due to damage from cars and freeze/thaw. Russs work was exceptional. He matched the mortar and style of the existing wall so that you can hardly tell the wall was repaired or moved. He was quick to respond - a huge differentiator for me because we had a time constraint. Our jobs were smalller - so it meant a great deal to us that he didnt blow us off and he got to us in about 3-4 weeks. Others gave us estimates of 6-8 months. His prices were very reasonable. In addition to being expert in his craft, hes just a genuinely nice person and easy to work with. Ill definitely refer freinds to Russ and Ill ise him again when the need arises.
