        Jeff Richards ghosted me. They came out, gave me an estimate. I was ready to sign a contract, and they never sent it. I emailed a few times but never received a reply. Not sure what happened but this is unprofessional behavior. Needless to say, I signed a contract with someone else.

        Beware! Has no idea what customer service means. The owner is the worst. Totally unprofessional and looking to fleece the customer. Lodging complaint to the BBB.

        Quality and value exceeding expectations. Our lot is not completely level and the crew actually designed the fence to have a “stepped” design which we were not expecting and adding lovely curved tops on the gates. In addition we bought the prestained wood which means longer life and looks beautiful. The crew was fantastic!
