Giving them 1 star is giving them too much. They are very unprofessional and very rude especial Misty Williams. They try to fine you for violations without sending proper notice. We pay them almost $300 twice a year and all we have is a backyard size pool and they claim that the money is used to maintain the common areas. The grass in the common areas are so high and the pool is suppose to open 3 months out of the year but it's only open for maybe 4 weeks total. I told her that I was preparing to sale my house and Misty started sending me and fines on things I had never even received violation notices on. Recently they fined me for my chimney saying that it needs to be painted but I never received any notices. My chimney can only be seen if you stand in my neighbors yard and she said that when I had the rest of house painted I should have had them get on top of the house and look for things that need to be painted. What's on top of the house other than shingles. When I disputed the fine with her she responded basically saying they could fine me whenever they wanted too and there was nothing I could do about it and that the chimney issue wasn't up for discussion anymore as far as she's concerned. She's very tacky and condescending. Homes in this neighborhood are selling left and right and being put on Section 8 because everyone is sick of this scheming HOA. We should be able to fine them for the tall grass and trash in front of the neighborhood and pool area that they never clean and then have the nerve to tell us that it's up to the community to help with those areas which is a bunch of BS...that's what we're paying them for.

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! These people have nothing better to do than drive up and down the road taking pictures of people's property so they can send them threatening letters in the mail. I can't understand why the Willow Creek Homeowners would actually PAY these people to dictate their legalism! They're nit picky, unprofessional, inept, and a spawn of Satan used to make people feel enslaved and miserable. I hate, hate, hate this neighborhood because of this HOA and will be moving as fast as I can. I pity those who aren't able to flee the oppression!
