The coaching staff at Aqua-Tots is exceptional. They take great care of the children during swim classes and patiently explain swimming techniques to them. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with Aqua-Tots. My daughter has shown a keen interest in swimming since joining.

We keep paying and they keep canceling classes, and when we ask them to hold payment till we get thru the make-up classes, kids at the front desk keep saying that they are not allowed to do that. I guess a good business tactic to make money!!!

Agree with the other comments on frequent class cancellations and poor management. The owners must take this issue seriously to address these concerns . Feel like its just waste of time and money bringing kids here to learn this basic skill! Never thought this was such a long process!

Honestly The new manager Kyah is the best she turned this place around from being a congested unprofessional business into a smoother running operation still has some work needed though like not enough level 4 classes

Stay away from this location. Some points from my experience:
- Classes are for 30 mins but the tutor (high school kids) will do time pass for 15 mins and spend 15 mins with kids. They don't have any intention of teaching swimming to kids, keep dragging so that you can keep giving them money for same level for months
- They give some free goodies but unfairly. If you don't know or don't ask, they will not give you anything
- Dirty changing rooms
- Water doesn't look clean
