Overpriced for what it is

They make some good furniture but they over charge on shipping. They charged me to $299 to deliver 3 rolls a wallpaper. That was unacceptable. You would think when you spend $3500 on wallpaper and $27,000 on furniture they wouldnt charge you a measly $299 to deliver 3 rolls of wallpaper. They gave me a lame excuse why its so much. Their shipping policy sucks and need to look into it. Why are they even charging for shipping when you spend that much money. Amazon gives free shipping on everything. They need to take care of their customers. Why when you buy high end furniture they have to gouge you for every little thing. Ethan Allen has lost a customer because of $299 delivery fee unless they change their policy. The CEO needs to help the customers that spend that much money. That is Unacceptable. Come on Ethan Allen!! Call Jeff Bazos and learn how to make customers happy and still make money. I have to give them a bad review just because I need to warn people. But I guess if youre rich and not worried about price, it doesnt affect you and dont care if you get overcharged but for people that have to work hard for their money and times are tough right now it hurts. My wife loves their furniture but if it was up to me I wouldnt buy the overpriced furniture.
