John Pavle: Allstate Insurance

I love the personalized service I get from the John Pavle agency in McKinney. Every time I call with a question, I get a real person who lives locally. Plus, they're great people. Not only are they completely knowledgeable, we talk like we've known each other our entire lives. When one of my kids got into a car accident, the woman who picked up the phone empathized with me and told me about her kids' driving mishaps. Plus, she gave me all the info I needed. As we've added kids and cars to our policy, they always go through all the options to get the lowest rate possible. I'm a customer for life.

I will NEVER deal with this agent or with Allstate again. This agency raised my homeowners insurance by more than 1.5 times - yes, more than 150% - without any notice. They are only good at collecting money. I've notified all my contacts, and they are already switching companies. Allstate spends more money trying to figure out how no to pay you rather than settling the claim. They nickel and dime you. Their new company slogan should be: 'You are NOT in good hands'

I have used this agency for several years now for both auto and home coverage. Ive always found them very responsive as well as easy to work with reviewing coverage as well as showing me how I can save money. First class folks.
