This car wash does not deserve a One star. They scratched my Range Rover using the wrong towels to wash. Paid $60 yesterday 06/20/2022. First car was of my car and they scratched it. I am so upset and now the website does not exists, the number is disconnected. Do not go to any of their locations please.

I recently visited your car wash on July 21st 2022. I paid for the top of the line wash with the interior vacuum. As I was entering the car wash line, I read the warning signs that tell me to lower antennas, move mirrors in and place the car in Neutral, etc.  I did all those things thinking that my car was safe to enter. As my car went through the line, I started noticing my steering wheel move more erratically than it normally does when I go through a car wash. Now I do frequent many automatic car washes and I've never experienced an issue before but on July 21st I did. As my car was going through the wash my wheel's valve stem pressure sensor was ripped off along with half my valve stem causing my tire to lose all the air. I had the "manager" look at the damages and he laughed at me and said that this is the third time it has happened this week. He said that there is a warning posted at the beginning of the line. I saw no such warning and I read warning labels... I've never had this issue before, and I've used many car washes with these valve pressure monitors on my wheels. I am sharing the image of the damages and the invoice on how much it cost me to fix the damages. A $30 car wash turned into $133.91 in damages...
