I've went through a similar program before and dropped 20lbs very quick. But this Medi has a severe customer service issue. I paid nearly $500 for blood labs, and a month later they are still holding my blood work hostage. They want me to come in and pay for another appointment to give me the bloodwork that I've already paid for. I was trying to provide them to my PCP, and they won't even call me back. I've called 3x this week, and only 1 time was the phone even answered. She promised to get back to me but never did. I've called 2 more times with zero reply. I highly suggest not trusting them with your business and medical records.

I've been trying to get someone to call me to set up an appointment. Does the Frisco office in Texas only have one person working that is out with COVID?

I started the program in February and had success. I actually thought the staff was nice and wanted me to succeed. When Covid happened, no call , no support at all. All they care about is the money. I will not return. I did not adjust the stars. Should be one.

Starting a weight loss journey is difficult enough, and so far this clinic has made this process very difficult with their lack of professionalism. I am a past patient and made an appointment to return to the program after 1 year.  My appointment was for Sat 7/3, so I obviously had to arrange during the holiday weekend to make this commitment that I so want to start. Thirty (30) mins before my appointment I get a call from this facility saying that they needed to cancel my appointment because I didn't complete the necessary online documents. I was a past patient, so I was not aware not told that I had to do any online docs. I asked her about my old medical records and she said, we have no record of you being a past patient, so we do not have your medical records. This is very concerning. I trusted this clinic with my private medical information, but now she is saying she has no idea where that information is (!)Made a second appointment and called on the day of the appointment to confirm. Was asked if I was fasting and I said no, had to cancel again. Was not told I needed to fast. Unprofessionals. They do not care about you as a patient or your time.

I've been on the program at this location for a year - I also got a couple of friends on referral to do it with me - I LOVED the program and lost 55 lbs and have kept it off even while others have gained their "COVID 15" ... as of two weeks ago, this location lost their entire staff - whether it was that they were fired or all decided to quit, I'm not sure?  But the new staff isn't very friendly or welcoming and they're extremely disorganized, which is expected, sure, but that's why the company shouldn't allow that much turnover... Especially when the prior staff were so amazing and supportive!I've since canceled my service with this company... at least I tried, but the new staff were difficult to get in touch with and didn't seem to take me seriously - I get the sense that even though I've asked twice for them to cancel my remaining appointments, there's a bill for "no shows" in my future that I'll be fighting.
