I've been going to Dr.Soto for almost 10 years now. From the front desk to the nurses and PA, the entire staff is wonderful. Dr. Soto has been more than a Dr feels more like a friend. Will go there until he no longer practices. I recommend Park Lakes Family Medicine to everyone. They genuinely care about their patients. They are also good people as well. I left my wallet In the exam room. 1st thing in the morning they called me to let me know that they have found it. Great Dr., great staff.

I must say my opinion. I cannot remain silent, because I agree with what the English writer, philosopher and politician Edmund Burke (1727-1797) expressed when he declared: "It has been said in a profound way, and how true it is, that the only thing necessary for evil to exist is that good people remain silent. " I want to extend my sincere apologies to every patient-client who has experienced a negative experience with our clinic. At Park Lakes Family Medicine, we pride ourselves on giving our 100% every day to ensure the needs of our patient-clients are met. Our physician and clinic manager go out of their way to train each of us on how to properly handle our patient-client issues, including how to escalate issues that we cannot help with. We are always looking for ways to improve our service and your feedback is an invaluable part of that process. I understand when people feel bad when they do not receive the desired or expected service. I like to understand the side of things from that person's point of view, even if I don't agree with them. This is called tolerance. Respecting the opinions of other people, I believe this is the most productive approach to take when encountering someone who disagrees with you or someone who has a different opinion than yours. Every employee should feel that their dignity is recognized and respected, and all Park Lakes Family Medicine, PA staff deserve it. Showing respect to others online, when you speak your mind, means that you acknowledge them or not and that you are considerate of their opinions and privacy, even if you do not agree with the service they provide. It is not necessary that we share the same opinions of others, but we must be respectful. In our clinic we take "professionalism" very seriously, because it implies the high level of respect we have for our patients-clients, which shows our commitment to the effective performance of our work, as well as responsibility, seriousness, honesty, ethics , personal appearance and professional presence that make us earn the trust of our patients-clients and establish adequate relationships with them. I consider that making mistakes or making mistakes is human. Therefore, we admit our responsibility when we make mistakes, we are honest, and we maintain respect, calm and courtesy even when patient-clients become difficult, disrespectful or offensive. This premise demonstrates our ability to learn, our courage to face mistakes, and how we adjust progress in our work and avoid repeating the same mistakes.
