I hope the services here have improved as far as providing shelter. The transitional housing staff and county are always on top of things. The stigma of homelessness is such because of the mentally ill and the unruly vagrants that have ravaged the city. More needs to be done, but it's understandable hard work.

I love most the staff, and Bud gives % to help the men. They miss the mark with aftercare, and need short term relapse refocus homes. Community care is not a healthy environment, many of the clients get high on the property. Overall it's the best choice in long term recovery in the State if your looking for help.

Hi my name is and I was here at this rescue mission for about a week. I was treated very unfairly and was not informed of any kind. I was told that I was not able to eat or bring food in the lobby when there was others they were eating pizza drinking Starbucks eating other food but when it came to me I was told I was not able to eat in the lobby it was a new rule but one of the women's there won't say no names was like oh well since you didn't know go ahead and eat no if there's a rule and the rule is not to eat why would you allow me to break that rule and you know who you are and because I told her you work there how do you work there and have your children they're at work with you she got upset and called up the lady Margaret which is supposed to be the lady who runs the program she comes to my room and tells me that Margaret says that it's best that this program does not fit me didn't say why but I probably know why I was already packing because I already knew it was going to come to this so I wouldn't recommend this for anybody they don't have really nothing going there besides claiming that they're helping but really they're not and I will be reporting things that I seen Well me being there they need better customer service and better staff that is not going to allow people to break the rules. Staff there are very rude and think they can get away with a lot because they've been there for so long and treat newcomers like crap. I was kicked out last night late last night with nowhere to go and they did not care not even wait till the morning how sad what kind of rescue mission people do they have working for this company.
