Royal Arms Apartments

To whom it may concern:My name is Patricia McClain I reside at the Royal Arms Apartments in Fresno California, on June 16, 2021 at approximately 3pm I was approached by upper management with an eviction notice. Rose behavior and actions towards me and children was uncalled for and unnecessary, she was rude racist and very disrespectful. I was verbally abused by Rose in front of my children she didn't show any compassion towards me or my children, I pay my rent every month in the drop box, the eviction notice is absurd, I paid a deposit when I initially moved in to the unit years ago. When this complex switch management an additional deposit was required I explained that I was disabled and couldn't afford to pay it all at one time and an agreement was made that I can make small payments over time. Rose accused me of not maintaining the outside of my apartment which is false, other residents frequent uses that area and also liter in that area as well. Rose also tried to bully me into telling her which other residents frequent liter in that area, that not my job nor responsibility to monitor who comes and goes. Rose threatened numerous me of times in front of my children that I would be evicted also my door was open during the whole ordeal Rose was not discreet at all in her actions she cared less about my privacy or displayed any respect for me nor my children. Rose also blamed me for people stealing out the office. Rose actions and behavior she displayed in my home was unprofessional, rude and was very disrespectful. Rose needs to treat all residents with dignity and respect.As a resident of Royal Arms Apartments, I have been treated very poorly, I have a disability I have turned in my paperwork stating so several times I have yet to receive any accommodations for handicap equipment in my unit. My unit has been flooded numerous times I have had to deal with flood damage due to poor pluming and not the fault of myself. I could not use my bathroom sink for almost a year. I had a Section 8 appointment months ago in which I had to borrow cabinets draws from Regina just to pass my inspection, my bathroom cabinets are still not fixed they are sitting in the office.  I was manipulated and con out of my dog by maintenance I have made this known to management and nothing has been done about it. We're living in an pandemic It's really scary for me already also I suffer from depression and management knows already I turned in paperwork in order to have my dog live with me the same dog that the maintenance me manipulated me to get. I was so scared at frist wondering where me and my kids are going to live in this pandemic I barely leave my house And Rose has threatened me over 10 times that I was going to get evicted for no reason.

Applied for the two bed unit over a month ago. Poor management and even though passing background checks the manager decided to delve deep illegally into certain background portions she had no  business in and was very illegal to do. She tried to tell us that it's against the rules and law to tEll us if the neighbors were loud or rude or disruptive which is false Just a normal question I wanted an honest answer about. Would have been a decent unit but management is crap
