These apartment are good to live in family friendly but they change managers every month we need a good mananger like we had this new does not know what she is doing she is to slow, the other chubby girl was motivated and will get things done WE NEED HER BACK

I have lived here since May 2019 and I couldn't be happier in the Fresno area. This place is family friendly and really cohesive. The children play outside which is nostalgic. Most of the people have lived here for a long time and treat it like they own, not rent. It really shins through. The management company has within the last year changed/switched. It has been a good change overall. The on-site property manager is responsive, speaks both Spanish and English. Where there is a need they do what they can- resident first.

Read further below for update: Original Review: If you have Comcast stay away. Internet drops constantly and Comcast has been out several times. They said they would have to run a new cable but need permission from property management because they have to drill holes. I went to the property management office at Regency Properties and they do not want Comcast to drill holes so Comcast may be unreliable in your apartment unit with no way to fix it. Update: I would now recommend them. Yes they are under new management and I have raised to 4 stars from one. Still have internet issues but management needs me to contact Comcast again before proceeding when the manager would be available. I have been unavailable for an appointment. Once I can reach out to Comcast and it's fixed I will update again. They have replaced parking lot lights and lot of other things. They are much better to work with and would now recommend. No issues with them.
