Called n they came out the next day within the time stated. Got a quote for it n was charged as quoted no hidden or additional fees. Would recommend and would go with Sierra again.

Owner answer the phone on a holiday weekend and explained thing to do until their repairman could come on Tuesday. Repair man arrived early. He found the septic cover quickly and worked to ensure the system and clogged lines were clear. Appreciate their timeliness, skill and professionalism. Thank you!

Owner is very informative and a great conversationalist. I now know where the septic tank is and the work was very professional. Can't really tell where they dug. I would highly recommend. Thank you for everything! ~DP

I have used their service twice, the latest was last week. I had been so pleased with their service three years ago, that when I had a recent problem they were my “go to” guys. I found Mike to be helpful, efficient and inspiring of my confidence. This company will always be my first to call when the “urgent need” arises.
