        I was able to take advantage of the Senior Membership and had a service done today to prepare for the summer. Ivin was my technician. He arrived within the appointment window and had texted when he was on his way. He was professional, courteous, conscientious and seemed to be thorough, as well as pleasant and respectful. Our unit is old, so there were several possible issues and repair options which he explained, without sales pressure. Thank you Ivin.
