        I love BODY fitness & spa! The HIIT classes are very hard but rewarding. Thursday Deep restorative stretch yoga is my favorite. Its one of the best stretching classes I have attended.

        I highly recommend Body Fitness. The coaches are very encouraging and helpful. The workouts are challenging but they can be modified if necessary, which I appreciate. Small class sizes so you get lots of individual attention and help.

        Fantastic gym!! All the trainers are nice and take interest no matter what level you are at. Perfect workout environment. I highly recommend it. I am certainly satisfied thus far and have been blown away by my experience at this facility. Try it out, you wont be disappointed.
