Ive recently had the unfortunate experience of having my new home be built by your company. Your employees Demesheo Wilson and his colleague Dan lack basic customer service and are very unprofessional. As a veteran buying my first home, this process has been a complete nightmare due to the blatant disrespect from your workers and indirectly, your company. I received so much attitude for simply questioning the repairs that are all mistakes made during the production of my home. We ( the buyers of Columbia Run Property) should not have to endure this type of treatment for mistakes made by your companys workers. I tried to file a complaint on BBB but your company is not listed. I will be filing a complaint to the Builders Commission next until I am able to get some satisfactory explanation for the stress and anxiety presented during my home buying process. I will never refer Broughton to any of my friends and colleagues and hope to never have anything built by your company again. You should know that Demesheo Wilson and Dan reflect very poorly on your company.
