i am stuck with a 12 months lease. There is no service at all, no one is responsible for anything. They have no solution to any of the problems in the apartment or community. Mail boxes are not safe, your mail can be stolen at any time. No cameras and no solution to avoid this in future.
Building is very old with zero maintenance, yesterday the steps of staircase to my apartment broke while climbing.
Windows are too old to close properly and they never take any of your request seriously. In short its a horrible place to live.

Ivan is terrible. He cant communicate and will over promise then under deliver. If you want to throw non refundable application fees at them all day only to lose hundreds of dollars, call Ivan and the woods.

Nice place to live very clean complex for the most part, very responsive maintenance guys, shout out for Gerardo he is faster than flash to resolve any issues that I had.
