very helpful and kind staff. i need a fire extinguisher recertified for an upcoming fundraiser for my organization, Tri-City Band Corps. they immediately picked up the phone and very quickly and efficiently recertified the fire extinguisher for me. highly recommend!

Was in a bit of a jam for an upcoming job which required quickly attaining some fire extinguishers. Called and left a message and was promptly called back by Kim who offered the best customer service and found out what my exact needs where and did everything she could to help me out, including going out of her way to help even outside of normal operating hours if needed. Extremely knowledgeable and the pride in what they do shows. Will look forward to doing business with them in the future for all of our fire service needs, thanks again.

We recently switched to Arrow Fire Protection because we couldn't get our old extinguisher company to answer the phone. Arrow's technician came out and showed us how our previous company was ripping us off and letting our extinguishers fall out of compliance. They were still the best price we could find and easily the best customer service. It was easy to schedule the appointment and they even helped us out with our fire extinguisher training! They have been amazing start to finish. 10/10 cannot more highly recommend!

Always super helpful and do superb work! Laura in the office always takes care of me. She takes pride in her work and is always willing to help out. She also takes her time to explain anything so that you can have a clear understanding of the business! Highly recommended!
