        Horrible experience ! There is a laundry problem every time but they never fixed it . Poor management .

        Swimming pool area is almost closed although the year by alameda county, because of management screwups, it just for show that they have pool but never available to residents for use

        Apartment can use some upgrades but over all best price for the location. I love my unit the neighbors and landlord are very friendly. - two starts for my only concern is I have been living in this apartment for more than 6 months now and still the washing machines have not been working. Very inconvenient for me to have to drive out of apartments to wash my cloths.
