        Called the line to ask about our billed cuz the town just switched (Berwick) and the lady on the line gave me attitude about asking where the bill was because it's been late 2 weeks now. I wanted to make sure i didn't miss the bill. Now my bill is magically over average by 50$. 100% a lie.

        Literally the most money grabbing company. They purposefully dont give you the disconnection notice so that they can hit you with a 60$ charge.

        They are flushing the water lines with no notification and brown dirty water for the day. Lady at the office was pleasant but would like a heads up next time.
