Finally they sent someone out after calling twice.The gentleman name is Tom. He explained to me what happened. When they put the furnace in with the water thing, the guy never told me about the water filter needing to b changed only about the furnace filter. Needless to say it was bad. I wish the warranty would hv covered all but it didn't. Loescher, please make sure your men tell everything. The 5 stars is actually for Tom. He was great. He made sure he answered all my questions and showed me what to do. Thank you Tom.

Paid $255 for a hot water heater repair. No hot water still 4 days later. Called to have them come back, but was told their schedule was full. Lady on the phone said "I'm trying to work with you" I said that I am as well, she retorted under her breath "no you're not". I will be asking for my money back and switching to a different service.

The ignition failed recently, but Loescher has emergency service and responded promptly, fixed it immediately. I didn't hear exactly the cost, but it was under $300.
It was really close to Thanksgiving when it broke. My elderly father needs to be kept warm.
Edit: checked and we got prompt service ON Thanksgiving Day.
