Awful communication from this place. Just received a call from their office manager the day before an appointment stating Im just being sent to another affiliated office and that the call was to confirm that we spoke. No one mentioned anything about going to a completely different dentist when the appointment was booked months in advance or when I confirmed days earlier. Nor was I even aware that they had other affiliated offices. No explanation whatsoever. I dont appreciate being told (not asked) that I am to report somewhere else in a voicemail just because its convenient for them. If you mistakenly overbooked for a day, its not okay to just send people off elsewhere, especially those that booked early on. We loved our old dentist, however, there was also no communication that he was no longer there. Ive also never had any issues with billing in the past as cleanings and necessary procedures were always covered by my insurance, but since coming to this practice, I suddenly receive bills for unnecessary things without any explanation.

Very nice client environment. Good Covid processes in place. Service and hygienists professional and compassionate. They all take the time to explain all processes and answer all questions.

Wonderful. I had a great checkup and cleaning. Michele the dental hygienist and Dr. Polina Chernyak were amazing.
Everyone in this office is pleasant and knowledgeable.
