Property is nice but thats the owners not the property management. Property management is quite unprofessional as you can see from other responses. What professional company, brings up rent when they comment is about lack of communication and maintenance? What professional company includes someones case number in an online review response? They could be a better company if they tried to improve, instead of focusing on making excuses or making the tenants look bad.

Top Notch Management Co. Single mother and they help me with all my needs, questions, and repairs within a timely manner. As for you all who complain about security deposit issues. You should be reminded that your lease is a contract and if you do not uphold your side of the contract you will lose your deposit. BTW, I got my deposit back - thank you CPM

CPM is by far the best property management company in the area. They are patient, timely, understanding, and extremely reasonable. I tried another company and glad I changed. I would not want anyone other then CPM handling my most valuable asset.

TO ANY POSSIBLE FUTURE TENANTS, RUN!! RUN FAST AND HARD FROM CPM. ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE JUST THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG. SERIOUSLY, GO READ THE REVIEWS ON GOOGLE AND YELP.I luckily escaped renting from this company quite a while ago, so I am stuck reviewing here instead of on BBB.I would be giving negative stars if I could. CPM is literally the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. They are rude, unresponsive, and flat out lie. They have been caught attempting to let themselves into the home, without giving any notice to the tenants, while they thought no one was home. They refuse to make repairs that were made necessary due to their utter lack of maintenance on the house throughout the years. When tenants inevitably have to take it upon themselves to hire someone to do repairs, CPM refuses to reimburse them. CPM also makes sure to deduct from the security deposit an overly high price for the same repairs they refused to do. In regards to the security deposit, they wait until the absolute last possible second to return the security deposit. The lease itself is an absolute joke. A legitimate realtor looked at a CPM rental lease, and was appalled by how borderline illegal it was. It was nothing but one giant grey area purposely worded to make sure to screw over the tenants in every possible way. I can not begin to stress how much people should make sure to never deal with CPM.If you have unfortunately already signed a lease with CPM, make sure you get a security camera on every entry point!!! Amazon has some good ones for cheap.
