Wonderful experience working with Theresa and Dan on our piano purchase! Theresa was knowledgable and helpful when I was considering different upright piano options. There was no pressure to purchase with them. The price for our piano was excellent and included free delivery and set-up. Dan kept me informed throughout the delivery process. From start to end, the entire experience was great. I highly recommend Downtown Piano Works - we plan to make all future piano upgrades / purchases with this company.

The owners were extremely helpful,patient, and friendly.Ordered by phone,was shipped the next day and arrived with no issues.Assembly was very easy,watched video instructions.

It was a great experience buying a piano at Downtown Piano Works. Dan and Theresa spent more than an hour to explain different piano options with deep knowledge on those products. They were super quick replying to my messages as well. This was the very first store that I visited in person during my piano shopping, but I felt comfortable making a decision right away as I knew they provide the best price and service in this area.

Dan and Theresa are so so so nice and friendly! Theresa told us so many things about the piano that we learn a lot. Excellent piano and great shopping experience!!! And when the piano delivered to our home, it's a hard job but the team did amazing job! Highly recommend this great piano store!

Downtown Piano Works is the best. Dan, Theresa, and the team were consummate professionals throughout what turned out to be an extended lead-time on my purchase of a Yamaha Disklavier. Dan communicated with me on a near instantaneous basis and answered every question I had from consultation to sales to delivery. Dan went above and beyond in ensuring my satisfaction while awaiting the shipping and delivery of my new piano and kept me apprised throughout the whole process. When it was finally time for delivery, the delivery and setup team were very friendly, professional, and efficient. I shopped nearly every piano dealer in the DC/MD/VA region and am quite certain I made the right decision to go with Downtown Piano Works. They treated me like family and it was an absolute pleasure working with them.
