      image We gave seen that this Vet has gone downhill and today experienced the same. After my wife schedan appointment we got off work early to get the boys over there only to be told we did not have an appointment even though we tasked to them over the phone, unfortunately my wife could not remember who she talked to. But after other mishaps and just ignorant staff we said enough is enough and canceled our insurance with them. What I found funny and goes with some 1 star people on this review site is we talked to the supposedly "front desk manager" lol and nothing to try and rectify the situation and not talking money just anything.. squeeze us in, reschedule etc. Nope just ok glad to lose two pet plans (insurance) and customers. Great business model. Don't take your pets there!

      image This is the second time we left our dog in their care, this time for a week. They have a wonderful facility and the staff are amazing. Greenbrier is caring and responsible to our pet and to our family.
