Miles Adkins needs to step down. If not he needs to be fired. You would expel a student in your school whom did a fraction of the things he's done. I'm glad my kids aren't in Frederick county. I feel much concerned for parents whose kids are. He thinks being held accountable is considered bullying. He is delusional at best and needs to go.

Discriminatory hiring process. Applied for positions in the district and had a number of options presented to me. I was actually offered a position and said I was going to accept it. I waited a month reached out to the district and they told me that they were no longer offering the position to me, or any position to me. I even told them I was willing to discuss any concerns they had about hiring me, but never gave me a chance.
