Thursday wings are delicious and cheap. Service is slow though... also they literally have a list of rules longer than the list of wings. At night the staff has an undeserved sense of self regard...wouldn't recommend.

small...dirty...lack of good staff. but last visit it was a great. clean. great wings. but still to small for the fredneck crowd. went from 2 stars to 4 stars. keep up the good wings!

This is the 2nd time in a few months the staff was not as friendly as they could be. A table of adults with smiles and laughter asking basic questions about the menu is not a reason for the server to roll her eyes. If you need to go assist another table, then go and come back. Sorry we were not quick enough to tell you exactly what we wanted. Handing 3 people one menu and then expecting a decision on an appetizer with 15 seconds is unreasonable. Now let's discuss the bill. We asked for an order of carrots and celery as per the menu description. When a customer asked for the celery portion one server was accommodating, the other rolled her eyes. We were charged on the bill for 5 dressings and yet only 2 were delivered to the table. We didn't order 5 and why make such a fuss when we asked about the over charge. The excuse along with huffing and puffing is that "the system" charges for dressing anytime a carrot/celery order is made. Ok, but we only received 2 for the wings that we did order. So let's get this straight 2 + 2 = 4 not 5. We did appreciate that the carrots and dressing was removed. The principle point is that you cannot blame "the system" and tell us the next time we come in that we have to make sure we are not overcharged! Fix your "system" and do not overcharge your customers. Please do not tell them they better review in detail the bill each time because the system will continue to over charge them. That is unacceptable.
