Anglin Septic Tank Service

I can’t believe how quickly they arrived at my house on a holiday.

Requested a septic tank pump out. The crew came out, located my tank, and pumped it out. The crew suggested we have risers installed for future ease of access, I agreed and they called the owner who quoted the additional service. I agreed to the riser quote and was advised they would be back the next day to install said risers. They suggested I leave the 2 holes open (each 3ft deep) to speed up the riser install the next day, I agreed and paid them for the pump out. It's now 5 days later and the holes are still open and there has been no response from the company. My wife did get a response that they lost the company phone but after providing our address........silence. I paid $500 for the service that I now have to finish.

Routine septic clean out. They responded to my call promptly, scheduled an appointment and showed up timely. Two other local septic companies either never showed up or did not return my calls. price was reasonable and I will only call Anglin in the future!

Jack was so great to work with! He gave me honest feedback regarding the septic issues we were having with one of our rentals and told me upfront that I may not need his services at all (most companies would jump at the opportunity to charge us a service call and then tell us we don't need them). After more research and a few more conversations with him, it turns out we did need his assistance after all. He quickly rearranged his schedule and delivered same day service, a fair price and photos/videos documenting the problems and the work being done to resolve the issues. We would recommend to anyone needing the job done right! Five stars all the way :) Thanks again Jack!

Edited review ! So it turned out i was emailing an unmonitored account which explains the long miscommunication: When we finally were able to reach one another, the owner came RIGHT away: pretty impressive. Thus I change my review to a full 5 stars. #################### I was not present when they emptied the septic tank, but 2 months and numerous calls and email later later the tank cover has still not been reattached. I don't think that the board of health would consider this normal!
