This company is hell run fast dont do it!!! I tried to refinance my car and the will not give me the pay off information!!! You can never reach anyone on the phone to pay your bill and when you do get someone they get smart with you and rush you off the phone !!! Then they charged me a late me !!! My account online has not worked for months, they wont give me my account number so I can pay over the automated system!!! They are awful !!! They need to be sued and shut down !!!!

I did an addendum almost 2 years ago due to covid.My then account manager failed to submit it even after 25.00 was deducted from my account.Every week I get phone calls to pay an amount that I do not owe. I've requested an audit of my account and to this day that has not been done. Don't do business with this finance company!!

DON'T DO IT. RUN...FAST....THE WORSE FINANCIAL COMPANY I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. THIS IS THE FINANCE COMPANY FROM HELL. I PROMISE YOU YOU'LL HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE RIDING PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION. 0 STARS!!!
