      Hey Rick, sorry to hear that. That isn't something we are used to hearing, so def a bummer we didn't have anything for you. We get new collections all the time we are processing a super clean one now and can see all our vids on instagram.com/lunarecordshop . Metal records of course are a little more niche and the ones we get sell really quickly. I know Matt loves them and we focus more on other genres, but we do get them! As far as the customer service, I wish I had more info on that. We are always super helpful and would be glad to answer any questions or discuss pricing etc. I do see you hated The Factory itself, so maybe it/we are just not your vibe.

      Hey Emily, thanks so much for coming in and the review! We really appreciate you stopping by. I am sorry you found some of the prices high. As an indie record store we def can't do what target, amazon, etc do, but I am always open to explaining why something is that price and we do have a discount program and sales/bargain records too. Please pop back in next time you come to The Factory!
