BUYER BEWARE! If I could give no stars I would. I don't normally post stuff like this but I have no other choice. Most if it went well. We purchased several high end appliances from Siano. The refrigerator had to be replaced due to the first one freezing our food. No problem, things happen, right?! After several attempts to fix it, it was to be replaced this past Feb 2021. The same gentleman who installed the first one came to uninstall it and install the new one. He left our home about 2:45pm. My husband and I left to run some errands and returned around 7 pm to find our basement with water pouring into it from upstairs! The installer did not hook up the water line correctly (which had NO problem with the first fridge). Our basement, which we just finished installing drywall, paint, floors, etc was soaked! I immediately called the insurance company and restoration company and they came out that evening. Not only was there damage to the basement, but our main level where the fridge was installed. The hardwood floors under the kitchen cabinets, in the kitchen and laundry room. Huge mess! I notified Siano immediately the next morning and they are refusing to take responsibility for it. So now we must hire an attorney. The service was good until something goes wrong, and this mistake is costing us thousands of dollars. Things happen and people make mistakes, just take responsibility for it. That is what makes a good company.

I bought a new fridge from Siano Appliance Distributor last month when the one at my condo broke. The customer service was fantastic. The sales woman Keri was efficient, professional, and so nice. She explained all of my options and helped me pick an affordable and reliable new fridge that I got in no time! I highly recommend Siano Appliances. Thank you for all of your help and my new fridge!

They have terrible customer service. They don't show up AT ALL. They don't return your calls. A big waste of time. This is my first review EVER that's how bad the situation was for us.
