Love the store usually have good service. But need more employees. If it takes 20 minutes to checkout 1 couple. We waited for service while 1 was checking out for what seemed forever and the other was trying to sell a necklace. We waited just to have our ring inspected. Then someone else was waiting before us. I understand that. So we just walked out. Poor service yesterday.

After receiving the ring back from the shop the second time I will say the repair was exceptionally done. This time you truly cannot tell where the repair happened. Though the process was frustrating, they did make the ring just as good as the day I bought it.
I bought my wife an anniversary band here. The purchase went smoothly and my wife loved the ring. Unfortunately she lost a diamond in the ring so I had to bring it for a claim on the diamond bond insurance to have it repaired.
The associate was great and helped me get it sent off with no problems. They said it would be back in about 2 weeks and it was. The repair that was made to it was pretty shoddy and it didn't look nearly as nice after they were finished with it. We asked if we could have the repair redone so that it matched the rest of the stones better and they seemed very eager to correct it. It was sent off again and I was told they would expedite and I'd have it back in a week.
Now it's been a month and nothing. I've called them twice and both times they assured me I would have it in the next couple days but nothing.
They have a tracker website but it never updates. Just says in the repair shop and to call the location for more information.
While the store and the associates are great, the diamond bond insurance and the "shop" that items get sent to for repair seem to leave much to be desired.

For my birthday, I wanted an amethyst ring. I started shopping on line at big chain jewelry stores. I took screen shots of some rings I wanted to actually see. We drove 100+ miles to Cool Springs Mall in Franklin, TN. The rings I wanted to see were not in the store, but Nikki was very helpful, informative, and knowledgeable about her gemstones. She was very friendly and took her time with me. The rings I wanted to see, she would pull up on her laptop, find other rings in the store to measure which helped me to actually visualize the size of the amethyst stone. I usually want to shop around, but I didn't this time. I was sold! Purchased an amethyst ring from Nikki! Thanks Nikki and can't wait to get my ring in.

Stopped by to have my rings cleaned. He did an excellent job of checking all my stones to make sure they weren't loose. Then put them in the cleaning machine for a brilliant sparkle. Thanks for the wonderful customer service.
