Ramses and a crew installed a new HE furnace and AC and they were great. Friendly, professional, clean and on time.
The price was literally half what a highly advertised company quoted for the same install. Actually more than half as I also had a whole house aprilaire humidifier, duct cleaning and water heater as part of the quote. ( water heater and duct cleaning will be performed at a later date.
Previously Nick had come out on an emergency furnace service a couple years ago, and he too was quick, honest and professional, and that interaction is what led me to have the install done by Freedom. Service: Heating system repair

Called for an estimate. Nick was very informative about their services & my situation with another business which seemed shady. Kyle Rivera came to check what a/c I have at home; my circuit panel; the electrical wiring and water supply. He was very thorough, respectful, sympathetic about my situation w the shady business I dealt with before calling Freedom H/C/E. I couldn't believe my quote from Freedom ... $600 less than what the shady business was charging me! I'm so grateful that until now things seem 100% better than going with the shady business I mentioned. I would highly recommend a quote from Freedom. The work will be done within a few days ... where as Mr Shady business was taking his time (quote given about 2 mos ago). I had to call and ask when Mr shady was going to install my a /c unit. I'll definitely be writing a great review for Freedom, once the rest of the work is completed. Thank you Nick and Kyle! Raises and Ivan are great workers. They endured so much back stress, but tx God for young ppl. They installed the unit within one day, as promised. I always check for garbage left behind or screws; a dirty floor, etc...but the techs were respectful of my property. Thank you all, for working as a real team. It's the fastest service I ever received!
